(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Cushing man has been charged with cultivating marijuana at his residence in the 700 block of E. Maple Street on May 17 in a case investigated by the state narcotics bureau.
Jerry Willis Hiltzman, 40, who is also charged with possessing drug paraphernalia described as three glass bongs and a grinder, was arraigned last week and ordered to return to court June 6.
Hiltzman remains free on $10,000 bail. He could be given a life prison term plus one year if convicted of both counts filed by prosecutor Megan Tilly last week.
