Several Cushing residents have contacted City Hall about receiving a letter from HomeServe which is offering insurance coverage to protect your home from water service line emergencies. The City of Cushing is NOT associated with this firm and is NOT offering this insurance. The City’s policy which states that the homeowner is responsible for their water line from the residence to the service connection tap has not changed.
