Carol Joyce Youtsey, an Oilton resident, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 in the Stillwater Medical Center at the age of 64 years.
Graveside services have been entrusted to the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Yale, OK and will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 2, 2008 in the Terlton Cemetery with Pastor Randell Newby officiating.
Carol was born December 28, 1943 to the late Levi Ross and Ina Gloria (Bartlett) Ross in Yale, OK. She was reared and educated in the Yale area, graduating from Quay High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be remembered as being a very talented oil painter.
Survivors include one daughter, LaDonna Burk and her husband John of Oilton; two sons, Raymond Youtsey of Yale and Roger Youtsey and his wife Kathy of Jennings; nine brothers and sisters, Carl Ross of Yale, Betty Smith of Oilton Evelyn Raper of Oilton, Sonny Ross of Yale, Janice Davis and her husband Robert of Yale, Glenda Robinson and her husband John of Yale, Ricky Ross of Yale, and Diane Rusco and her husband Armon of Silver City; nine grandchildren, John Wesley Burk, Brandi Lynn Burk, Ashley Youtsey, Tyler Youtsey, Dylan Youtsey, Bryant Youtsey, Kelsey Youtsey, and twins, Gracie and Shane Youtsey; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by one son, Brian Keith Youtsey, and one brother Wayne Ross.
