Ryan William Mohler, 33, who remains in the Payne County Jail pending a June 4 court appearance, is also wanted for allegedly passing counterfeit checks in Enid and a forged check in Guthrie, court records show.
Mohler was released from prison about three years ago, according to state Department of Corrections records.
Mohler was convicted of possessing a drug and firearm while committing a felony in Comanche County in 2002; endeavoring to manufacture a drug in 2005, drug distribution in 2006, and forgery in 2005, all in Carter County; and forgery and conspiracy to commit a felony in 2007 in McClain County, DOC records show.

Mohler has also been charged with cashing a counterfeit check for $288 on the account of the Cherokee Extension Homemakers' Club on Feb. 13 at the downtown Stillwater drive-through branch of BancFirst, which allegedly recorded the incident on its surveillance system.
Mohler has also been charged with possessing on March 6 a 1999 white Dodge Durango SUV in Stillwater that was stolen from Sun Motors in Ponca City and possessing a stolen license tag.
Stillwater Police Detective Chris Morse wrote in an affidavit that a Stillwater man reported on Jan. 3 his parents' residence in the 100 block of S. Willis had been burglarized. He said that a 2008 Honda vehicle, an Apple I-phone and personal checks had been taken.
Another Stillwater man reported on Jan. 28 that his residence in the 1300 block of E. 3rd had been burglarized, the affidavit said. He said that a 9 mm pistol, a Suzuki motorcycle and personal checks had been taken.
A Stillwater woman reported on Feb. 19 that her residence in the 1700 block of E. Eastern had been burglarized, the affidavit said. She said that two gold rings with diamonds, two watches, an Apple I-pod, an Apple Mac Book computer, personal checks and a 2006 Honda motorcycle had been taken.
On March 6, Stillwater Police Officer Skip Stanbery and Payne County Sheriff's Deputy Doyle Carey went to Mohler's residence to arrest Mohler and a woman on outstanding warrants, the affidavit said.
When a search warrant was served at Mohler's residence, authorities recovered a 1999 white Dodge Durango that had been reported stolen to Ponca City police, a car tag that had been reported stolen to the Noble County Sheriff's Office, personal checks of three Stillwater residents, a 9 mm pistol and a 2006 Honda motorcycle that had all been reported stolen to Stillwater police, the affidavit alleged.
