
(Cushing, Okla.) Chef Sorta visited the Donna & Molly Show right before the holiday
in order to share some easy and tasty recipes with listeners.
The
Chef's unique flair for the English language always lends a certain
charm to his visits - as does his mission. Chef Sorta wishes to provide
simple, good tasting recipes - easy enough for anyone to make.
Here are the latest recipes from The Chef:
Pumpkin Wonderful

1 box spice cake mix (ultra moist)
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 can diet ginger ale
Mix all 3 together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle top with Splenda brown sugar
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
Pecan Pralines
1 1lb box of light brown sugar
2 Tblsp corn syrup
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tblsp butter
2 cups chopped pecans
Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, whipping cream in micro-wavable bowl until smooth
Cook on high in microwave for 13 minutes
Remove from microwave and add butter and pecans
Beat mixture until it begins to stiffen a little
Spoon onto wax paper to cool

Super Easy Eggnog
6 eggs
3 cups milk
8 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
In a large bowl, beat the eggs using an electric beater (if available)
By turn, add milk and sugar
Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours)
