The Chef himself in Studio B on the Donna & Molly Show!
(Cushing, Okla.) Chef Sorta graced KUSH with his presence again on Friday, sharing a
couple more recipes from his file of favorites. This time, having
dressed the part a little better, Chef Sorta allowed Donna to take a
photo of him in studio B.
The Chef seems to have taken to radio and promised to return Friday, Nov. 11th at 8:30 a.m.
Here are the recipes Chef Sorta shared with listeners:
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb Velveeta
1 can Campbells Chuncky Chicken soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (can substitute cream of mushroom or cream of celery)
1 can of biscuits
Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion and put in a large casserole dish.
Add 3/4 lb. of Velveeta - sliced
Pour cream of chicken and chunky chicken soups over cheese
Place in oven at 350 degrees
Stir mixture occasionally. When casserole starts to bubble, put biscuits in a pan and place
in oven. Cook according to biscuit directions.
When biscuits are done, take out casserole and biscuits.
Serve casserole with biscuits on the side or on top of casserole.
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese (softened)
8 oz of cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1 bunch seedless grapes - halved
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Mix everything together and serve.
