Original Story:
(Cushing, Okla) -  The Cushing Tigers hit the road to play at Santa Fe South, in a contest that could nail down a playoff spot.  Cushing has put together three straight wins in District 4A-2, and can clinch a playoff spot with a victory in either of their final two remaining games. 

The Tigers also achieved a top ten ranking for the first time this season,  coming in 8th in one statewide poll.

Cushing is 5-3 overall, and 3-2 in District play, while Santa Fe South is 3-5 overall and 1-4 in District Play. 

Both teams are coming off victories a week ago.  Cushing defeated Tecumseh 42-6,  and Santa Fe South defeated McCloud a week ago, 35-21. 

A year ago, Santa Fe South upset Cushing.
