(Stillwater) -- A Cushing woman who was arrested during a drug raid at a suspected methamphetamine lab in Cushing in 2005 was given a five-year prison term last week for violating her probation.

Tonya Lynn Thompson, 31, was originally given a 10-year suspended sentence in 2006 for possession of methamphetamine by District Judge Donald Worthington, who ordered her to enroll in and complete the Payne County Drug Court program.

The District Attorney's Office sought to have her probationary sentence revoked after she was charged in Payne County with possessing marijuana, dihydrocodeinone and/or alprazolam on July 9, 2008, court records show. That case remains pending.

Last week, Worthington revoked five years of the suspended sentence he had given her in 2006 for methamphetamine possession and ordered her into state prison, court records show.

She had been arrested about 2 a.m. Jan. 20, 2005, following a drug raid in the 1500 block of East Moses Street, according to an affidavit by Cushing Police Officer Tully Folden.

A Cushing man, Jason P. Pershall, 37, who was also arrested at the residence, was given two15-year prison terms in 2006 for drug possession in 2005 and drug trafficking in 2004, both in Payne County, state Department of Corrections records show.

An Agra man, Dustin J. Watkins, 28, who was also arrested at the residence, was given a five-year suspended sentence in 2005 after pleading guilty to possession of substances with intent to manufacture a drug and methamphetamine possession, court records show.
