Dena Floyd, Rotarian Of The Day met up with fellow members for Thursday's weekly meeting of the Rotary Club at the Steer Inn, which was indeed a informative "show and tell" type presentation of a ancient art being preserved by local retired postman and craftsman of primitive archery, Elmer Ledgerwood.

You've probably seen it in the works - the cute little 'general store' building just off of Highland. Cushing's drive up only convenience store, Lit'l General, is now open for business.
Dan and Marilyn Shotwell had an electrical issue with their vehicle and
were impressed when Cody Lovelace, counter sales person at NAPA, drove
to their country home to come to their aid. It was that special
treatment that led the Shotwells to nominate NAPA and Lovelace for the
Cushing Chamber of Commerce YESS award.
Cushing Chamber of Commerce hosted at ribbon cutting for J-Man's Sports
Replay, 106 N. Harrison, on Monday. Named for their son, 9-year-old
Jordan, Stuart and Lori Butler recently added the new business, which has
an array of new and used sports equipment, at their existing business, Stu's Music, location.
Women in Business Committee Chairperson
Marilyn Duff is pleased to announce that Ruth Littlefield, Vice President of
Membership Development & Member Relations with the Tulsa Metro Chamber will
be the guest speaker at the next W.I.B. Committee Meeting which will be held on
Wednesday, January 18 at 11:30 a.m. at The Steer Inn.
The KUSH Girls Donna Judd and Molly Payne were surprised to have a special guest in Studio B when Chamber President Brent Thompson brought Jason Sanchez from CNN with him for his weekly visit on the Donna & Molly Show.
Gene Hedman, his wife Cathy and "counter girl" Deanette McIntire welcomed the KUSH Girls, Donna Judd and Molly Payne recently to do a LIVE remote from A & G Meat Market in Cushing. The KUSH Girls chided and cajoled listeners to come in and "check out Gene's meat."

(Cushing, Okla.) KUSH Business Spotlight listeners were treated to a special visit by rodeo announcer Justin McKee and his family on Friday. McKee, known as the Voice of the PBR, has been the announcer for the Cushing Community PRCA Rodeo for 18 years.

Emotions ran the gamut Tuesday, June 8th, as KUSH Sales Manager and "KUSH Girl" Angie Vaughn went from irritated and disappointed to surprised and happy as family and friends "pulled one over" on their favorite blonde in honor of her 50th birthday.

wrenching attempts at chronological order!! Our guests are such good
