It's Alumni Weekend!
Great BBQ, Karaoke and music set the stage for the long standing tradition of bringing alumni near and far to the 26th Annual All Class Alumni Weekend in downtown Cushing Friday evening.

Beloved Educator to Be Part of Alumni Parade
One of Cushing's long time educators, Mrs. LaRue Bondurant, will turn 90 years old this week.  To celebrate her birthday, and to honor her many years as an educator, she will be featured in this weekend's Alumni Parade.

Jim E. Hunter Named to Cushing Alumni Hall of Fame
The Cushing Alumni Association is proud to announce the Hall of Fame inductee for 2010 is Jim E. Hunter.  Jim E. Hunter is a 1952 CHS graduate and has lived in Cushing his entire life.  Born at home - "on the hill" (Oak Street & Kings Highway), he attended Lincoln School throughout his elementary years and went on to complete Cushing Junior High and Cushing High School.

Cushing Piecemaker's Quilt Guild
This beautiful quilt crafted by the Cushing Piecemaker's Quilt Guild group is a must for any CHS alumni.  The group will be downtown during alumni weekend selling tickets for this quilt to be given away.  Click on this story for the details!

The American Legion Walk Of Honor

 Armand Louise Privett Pitts, longtime Cushing resident and retired Cushing High School registrar and business education teacher, died on Tuesday, April 20, 2010.

"Dora Hobbs Productions" Memorial 2-DVD Sets will become available for purchase at $20 each (tax-deductible) at the high school at 2:00pm Saturday May 29 during the all class alumni Weekend!
