The son of the late Roy P. Rice and Mary L. Dooley Rice, Billie was
born on April 30, 1930 in Avery, OK and was raised and educated in the
Avery community.

Sunday, August 22, 2010, in Stillwater at the age of 2 years. She was
born on August 18, 2008 in Cushing.

on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Cushing.
Interment will follow at Euchee Valley Memorial Park. Public viewing
will be held from 12 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Palmer
Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, OK. Services have been entrusted to the
joint care of the Palmer-Marler Funeral Home of Cushing and Hart Funeral

at the age of 78 years, and was a long time resident of Cushing, and
Pastor of Full Gospel Assembly of God Church for over 30 years.

August 9, 2010. Funeral Services will be held Thurs, Aug 12, 2010 at
10:00 a.m. at the Palmer Marler Funeral Chapel in Cushing with

Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Stroud Regional Medical Center at the age
of 83. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at Park
Place Baptist Church in Cushing. Interment will follow at Fairlawn
Cemetery, Cushing.
Serving as casketbearers will be Sammy Worthy, Stacey Worthy, Steven
Worthy, Steven Denton, John Reese, Robert Hammock and Steve Lamberson.
